Spectrally and chromatographically pure Nodularin standards are available from DHI – Water & Environment. The standards are dissolved in 100% methanol, and are ready to use for calibration ofe.g., HPLC. The standards are distributed in HPLC vials each containing 1 ml with a concentration of around 10 mg/l. The specific concentration is determined by spectrophotometer and is given on the Certificate of Analysis.
